4 结论
(1)在氟硼酸盐体系中,各工艺参数对电沉积因瓦合金镀层中铁含量的影响差异比较明显,尤其是阴极旋转速率,说明铁的电沉积受扩散的影响较大:而在实验条件范围内,阴极电流效率的变化幅度基本稳定在士4%。
(2)确定了制备因瓦合金箔的最佳工艺参数为: c(Fe2+)=0.15 mol/L,v(阴极旋转)=600~900 r/min, PH=2.5~3.0,θ=45~
(3)在最佳工艺条件下得到了平整光亮、致密、柔韧性好、含铁量为62%~66%的因瓦合金箔。
